FIS Senior Learning Consultant interview questions

Recruiter personally reached out to me and to see if I would like to consider trying out for the role. Screening took 15-20mins and was scheduled for an interview with the hiring manager. It is disappointing that the recruiter and hiring manager are not reviewing applicant profile against the job description and requirement. During the interview with the hiring manager, it was only then did she see that my profile was not what they were looking for. She then proceeded with identifying reasons why I was not fit. I remember I applied for. job and not for a criticism and a justification why I am not fit. they could've simply not proceed with the application.
