Very poor scheduling or time management on recruiter. Had the initial interview rescheduled twice in back to back weeks on the day each interview was supposed to occur. If I can’t even get an initial screening recruiter completed with a regional recruiter. What does that say about the rest of the company? I cancelled the 3rd appointment as I didn’t want more of my time wasted.

Very standard interview - make sure to ask questions and know about the company. You will be asked about your computer skills, property management software knowledge, etc. You will be asked about salary requirements as well.

I applied directly on company site. Portfolio manager called and I did a phone interview and was invited to an in person interview the following week. I was offered the position about two days later.
