Invited for a virtual interview. Recruiter was unorganized, didn’t bother to turn her camera on, and didn’t know the job description. I gave her my availability for a second round interview and she promptly scheduled me to interview with the hiring manager. The day of the second round interview, the hiring manger didn’t even show up. I waited 20 minutes and didn’t so much as a phone call to notify me of a change or cancellation. I emailed the recruiter to let her know I was no longer interested. Being stood up by the hiring manager told me everything I needed to know about this company.
