Very thorough, professional, and interactive. Everyone I spoke with was notably smart and only had good things to say about the company. I spoke to directors from the Atlanta, NYC, Charlotte, and Chicago offices during the interview process.

What would you do if you were a team lead and there was a disagreement on the team?
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at FTI Consulting (New York, NY) in Oct 2025
Interview
It was a HireVue with only 3 short questions. "Why FTI", "What makes FTI different", Why are you interested in the role". Really not an intimidating interview at all. It was easy to understand and the instructions were clear.
One hirevue, one interview with senior director, and one super day round with 3 different people. Everyone was super friendly and it was very conversational. No case, just a lot of team based behavioral questions.
