I was contact directly by an internal recruiter, where upon I had a 30 minute Telephone i/v, followed by another Tel i/v with a senior manager in the US, then a face to face in the London office to meet the global Head. The interviewer was 30 mins late for the interview, with very little apology, ate biscuits throughout and only asked me 2 questions over the 30 minutes we had remaining and left the rest up to me to ask questions. I received a 1 liner email 2 weeks later saying I was unsuccessful, based on the small amount of insight he must have gained in those 30 mins. Did I not ask the right questions? A very poor candidate experience for a candidate who is interviewing for a role where candidate experience is key.
