I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at FTI Consulting (Denver, CO) in Oct 2022
Interview
Pre-recorded video interview, 1-on-1 behavioral interview, and a Super Day. Super Day had 3 interviews: a Close Session, a Technical round, and a Behavioral round. Close Session was like a Q&A where they asked about your possible concerns and then gave you time to ask questions about FTI. For the Technical round you walked the interviewer through one specific technical component on your resume. Big emphasis on why FTI and what you already knew about the company.

Interview
Everyone was so friendly and easy-going. Video assessment, first round and then superday. It was about a month long process, from applying to getting my offer. Recruiters were timely. No complaints.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself and why FTI?
Basic STAR Questions, and then I was also asked a simple quantitative question.
Easy, just asked 2 behavioral questions. The interview process was straightforward and the FTI team was very clear and helpful in their instructions. To prep, I would recommend rehearsing your own story and what makes you a good fit,

Interview
I applied for forensic and litigation consulting - data & analytics. I did a hirevue, then heard back a month or so later inviting me for a final round interview. It was a fairly causal conversation talking about previous experiences. No case or technical questions. I thought it went very well but got rejected about two weeks after the interview.
