Interview
30 minute intro call with someone from the office, followed by a super day with 5 rounds. Super day was long, but most of the rounds were coffee chats with previous interns.

Name a time you were presented with a problem that could have become a larger one, and how you approached it
1st round all behavioral, 2nd round is 3 interviews, 1 behavioral, 1 technical (tests general coding knowledge), 1 is case study (case is specific to the group, try to understand what they do)

Interview
FTI starts with a one-way video interview. This is quite basic, and only takes 15 minutes. I received an invitation for a first round interview a month later. This was 30 minutes long with two younger consultants. Mostly behavioral but there are some technicals (if you have made it this far, you likely don't have to worry about the technicals). A week after that interview, I was invited to a super day at the office. The super day consists of one technical interview, one case, and a Q&A with the MD.
