Interview
The first step was a Higherview screening consisting of two questions. The second round was one 30 30-minute behavioral interview. Super day included 3 behavioral interviews, as well as a Q and A panel with current consultants.
For the AC
1) group round - did a case study and each of us were asked questions based on our group answer after
2) math and verbal reasoning test, written essay test
3) individual interviews - one with current analysts about cv, one with a partner (casing)
Pretty basic behavioral questions - no technicals. I'd recommend knowing your "why" and being able to clearly explain your interest in the specific practice. Also, prepare to ask the interviewer more in-depth questions, too.
