an agency reached out via LinkedIn, scheduled about 4 interviews and all of the individuals were pretty pleasant. Ultimately they wanted to move forward with me but I was very hesitant due to the amount of workload (which I greatly appreciated that they were honest with me). The team seemed hard working, genuine and had I not had other opportunities, I may have continued with the final process.
