Applied through University Career website and attended career fair to get a 20 minute 1:1 interview with HR rep. Very straight forward "Why FactSet?" and "Tell me about yourself" questions. Was invited to a final round interview day on the spot.
A weke later, I went to the HQ for the final round which was a FactSet demo, 5 separate 30 minute 1:1 interviews asking the same "Why Factset?", "Tell me about yourself", and some specific questions relating to my resume. All 5 interviews were pretty much the same and it is purely a personality contest at that point. Make sure you smile, act calm but engaging, and just be yourself if you have a good personality and hope you find common ground with your interviewers. (I ended up talking about sports with one interviewer for 15 minutes out of the interview). I started off on the wrong foot with one interviewer and am certain this is the reason I got a "thank you but no thank you" email a few days later. I hear they call you within 2-3 hours after leaving if they want to offer you the position. After this they take you out to lunch and have you sit in on client calls for about a half hour. (Basically shows what you would be doing if you work there-- it is a call center where you consistently solve clients problems over the phone -- Not the most fun job description but you have to start somewhere)
Overall, the company seemed fun and tight-knit. Consultants are all peers and go out together after the work days over, etc.
