The initial HR interview was pleasant and professional. Unfortunately, the follow-up interview with the hiring manager was a major disappointment. I was asked technical questions about topics that were not mentioned as required in the job description. When I pointed this out, the hiring manager started laughing and responded that they hadn't even looked at the job posting. This attitude and lack of alignment between the job description and the actual expectations left a negative impression and ultimately discouraged me from wanting to continue with the process.
