I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at FactSet (Bhubaneshwar) in Sep 2017
Interview
There were 4 rounds. The first day they presented a pre-placement talk, followed by a written round with pen and paper. In my college, 400 students appeared out of which 35 cleared the written.
The next 3 rounds were conducted in the next day. The second round was a technical interview round which lasted for at least 20 minutes per candidate. It was a one to one interview where the HR asked to explain the answers that we had written to clear the written examination. Modifications to those questions were also done to test the quickness in thinking and clarity of basics in students.
The second round was cleared by 24 students. The third round was also a technical round, with a difference that it was a closer examination of students. Each candidate's interview lasted for about one hour, which was again a one to one interview. The HR focussed more on candidates' ability of thinking practically, on spot problem solving skills and creativity. We were again asked to solve problems from the written round. The interaction was purely technical based.
Third round was cleared by 13 candidates and thus happened the final HR round. There were 2-3 panel members for each candidate. They asked about personal details and they mainly tested the level of loyalty for their employment at Factset in each candidate. Stress questions were asked to test the adjustability of candidates.
At last 6 students out of 13 were selected for Factset. The experience was overall one of a kind and I got to learn a lot of things after interacting with the HRs. All the panel members are quite experienced and very friendly. It will be worth joining this company.

It was a very casual interview. I was told the interview would start at 8:45 AM but it started around 10 AM. There were two rounds of interviews, purely technical though I did not get shortlisted for the second round.
