First is you need to fill out your information in their website and next is the Online Exam, Next is the Initial Interview, next the final is the Panel Interview.

The interview covers mostly on having an ideas in gathering research data of FactSet which we will apply in revere collection department. For me the interview is important because it tackles the insights of my job position I applied in FactSet.
