I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at FactSet (Los Angeles, CA) in Apr 2022
Interview
Emailed me about an internship interview and was never able to schedule a day. Emails me the day of that they could not make the interview and tries to reschedule with me but never responds after. Just very slow response times and you have to take a 25 minute assessment before the interview.
Had a very brief virtual call with a HR representative that asked basic behavioural questions. Very relaxed interaction. Next stage was the group assessment centre where each candidate had to present for 10 minutes on a skill and there was also a group problem solving session as well. The final interview was conducted with two representatives from the company. Wasn't a very intense interview.

Question 1
What are some of our competitors?
Strengths and Weaknesses?
3 rounds. First is excel and behavioral. The excel part is fairly easy if you're up to date on your excel functions. Behavioral is also fairly standard.
Final round is a panel interview where all three ask you questions. Overall everybody is nice and I found the process very pleasant.

Question 1
What would your colleagues say your weaknesses are?
The interview process was easy. They are going to check your communication skills. There will be 2 rounds of the interview and a HR round too. More or less, you have to be just confident.
