I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at FactSet (Hong Kong) in Aug 2015
Interview
Applied online and got invitation for a group interview and a written test 2 days later.
Written Tests: divided into 5 parts: Aptitude test (mainly test your logic and English proficiency), Financial test (for people who does not come from a financial background, you might need to do a little homework before doing the test), Excel Test (i left out the whole page since i dont have much experience using excel, couldnt answer most of it), FactSet Background test (pretty straight forward, just need to read the wiki page before going), personality test (pretty straight forward, open questions)
Group interview: 3 parts
1st: introduce yourself in one minute (outside of school and academic life)
2nd: group discussion- what 3 items would you bring if you are going to be dumped into an isolated island
3rd: group discussion and need to present to interviewer after 17 min of discussion - if FactSet was super rich and could acquire all these companies (they give you a list of companies from Google, Facebook to Tencent and Alibaba), which are your top 3 choices and why.

Très bien - je suis tombée sur les managers très sympathique et la communication était fluide et précise
Les questions sont allées crescendo en niveau de difficulté, a la fin plus difficile pour me tester je pense

Interview
Straightforward. You begin with a telephone interview, followed by a group interview with you work on a group project and share a talent/skill you possess. If successful, you will then go through several rounds of interview with hiring manager and other senior stakeholders.

Interview
There was an initial virtual interview with HR and then an interview the the manager from the US. HR lady was friendly and was fast to respond to emails. The manager didn’t seem experienced in interviewing, he said so himself and went for someone that didn’t require onboarding training. He said he doesn’t expect knowledge on equity when being quizzed on it but yet the reason for not getting the role was lack of knowledge on it. Was not pleased with this misleading behaviour. The decision felt rushed as they only gave a reply once I emailed so felt like they already had the candidate chosen.
