The interview process was made up of 7 different sessions and took almost a whole day. Starting at 9:00am and finishing around 3:30pm. Each group seemed to have a direct purpose. The first was to get to know me and inform me of the position and it's requirements. The second was a one on one with the hiring manager, an opportunity to share ideas and thoughts about the position and my resume. The third and fourth were skills test. Not very hard, but it certainly will make sure you know what your talking about. Lunch came afterwards and I was taken to a nice place with two others. I think the lunch portion of the interview is important, it allows them to put an individual in a more relaxed environment and speak more freely. After lunch came another test...more problem solving than anything, certainly more difficult too. The last two people I spoke with more senior management and were easy to talk with and had a more conversation like vibe than an interview.
The process is long and a bit overwhelming at times. I met 10 different people through out the process. I was made an offer the next day.
