The interview was for an ECSE position, and the questions were pretty typical. They asked me to describe a lesson I had done that I thought was successful and how it was successful, describe some of my strengths, progress monitoring and assessment techniques, and why I wanted to become a teacher. The interview was with two administrators and was overall very positive.

Submit resume to admin (via email); get invited to school for in person interview; answer around 8 questions from a team of teachers, staff, and admin. You can also attend the annual job fairs and share your resume with staff at schools set up at tables.

easy, and very straight to the point, however, my supervisor told me the questions they asked and whatnot and found some of the questions to be odd. However, you cannot determine who is on the panel and what questions they deem to be realistic. I would rather actually spend time learning about the district and expectations.

The interview took place in person with a team of teachers from the grade they were hiring for. All teachers took turns asking questions. After the interview, the administration team reached out to you by email regarding job offer.
