Sent resume to online posting. Called in immediately for interview -- met with both assistant principals. Incredibly boring interview - they were just reading questions from a list. Called in the principal who met with me briefly and was offered the job on the spot.

Submit resume to admin (via email); get invited to school for in person interview; answer around 8 questions from a team of teachers, staff, and admin. You can also attend the annual job fairs and share your resume with staff at schools set up at tables.

Around 8 questions. Be prepared to speak about your classroom management, communication with families, collaboration with team.
easy, and very straight to the point, however, my supervisor told me the questions they asked and whatnot and found some of the questions to be odd. However, you cannot determine who is on the panel and what questions they deem to be realistic. I would rather actually spend time learning about the district and expectations.

The interview took place in person with a team of teachers from the grade they were hiring for. All teachers took turns asking questions. After the interview, the administration team reached out to you by email regarding job offer.
