Panel interview with Director of student services, counselors and assistant Principal. First interview was with the Director of student services in the headquarters. Then they connect you with the School's DSS directly and they will interview you. If you pass to next interview, then the panel interview happens with the counselors, DSS and Assistant Principal.

Applied online, then sent an email to the Principal and then waited for a reply back to interview. You mainly communicate by email from what I have experienced. I did not get the job though

Interview
There is a content interview at central office with an educational specialist. The separate school site interviews. Once the list is published, send resume to all schools that you are interested in. Make sure to do research on the schools you are interested in.

Questions about experience with group counseling, individual counseling, paperwork, managing multiple tasks, technology related programs, and creating new programs. Being able to provide examples of all these.
