The interview process began with a phone screening, followed by a Zoom interview. I was given a take-home assessment about a week after the Zoom interview, which was then presented to a panel of about 3-4 team members. The team members were all very nice and make you feel comfortable, and it was interesting to learn more about how they operate behind the scenes. The only down side was that the entire process was LONG, and took around 2-months total. The scheduling period between the assessment submission and the actual presentation alone was over two weeks. By the presentation round, I was kind of burnt out by the process.
