FanDuel Senior Frontend Software Engineer interview questions

I applied and 3 days later was contacted by a recruiter asking me to fill out my availability for a phone interview. I filled the schedule out and sent it out the next day. I heard back from the recruiter 4 days after that telling me that I was scheduled for a meeting 4 hours in the past from the time he sent me the email, and telling me to use a Zoom link to join the meeting that he forgot to include in the email. I reached out to him 3 separate times over the next 2 weeks and never heard back from him. I don't necessarily understand why I'm being ghosted but I suppose it's out of my control. I would have preferred to not have been given a follow up after my application, instead of wasting my time like this.
