Fanatics Fraud Prevention Analyst interview questions

Had HR screening phone call with recruiting team member. Was good at first, but then got an email after offering a part-time agent position for significantly less instead of the opportunity to move forward with a full-time position. Wish there was more transparency, and felt part-time offer was odd.
