The entire process took about 4 1/2 months from initial screening to formal offer. My situation was unique I feel. I interviewed with two different teams. Which was probably why the process was so extensive. Nonetheless my recruiter was awesome and responsive through out the entire process. Best advice I can give is to be very prepared. This means bringing in samples, a portfolio , knowledge of the sports and apparel industry, and having questions ready. Show up early because parking is scarce.
