I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Fanatics (Manchester City Centre, England) in May 2021
Interview
I seen the job advertised via LinkedIn and I followed the process via their website, a few days later I received an email from the recruiter. The recruiter arranged a telephone interview with me for the following Monday. The telephone interview was very informal and the recruiter was very friendly. No questions were asked during this process, she mainly went through the role and expectations and I just gave her an overview of my work experience. She said she would put my CV forward to the hiring manager and they would choose if I would go to the next stage. A few days later she emailed saying I had got through to the next stage and it would be a virtual interview with two of the Buyers. I had the virtual interview on Monday and I received an email a few days later with feedback. I didn't get the job to more experienced candidates but I received good feedback. The communication from the recruiter was amazing and it was a very stress-free interview process.
