I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Fanatics (Boulder, CO) in Mar 2021
Interview
Introductory interview with hiring manager followed by a back to back panel of 5 interviews touching on a range of technical, cultural, architecture, management, and product development topics. Product and Architecture interviewees didn't seem prepared with specific questions and did not involve technical questions. One software engineer interviewed with a live coding notepad.

Question 1
Searching a two dimensional data structure for neighbors with contiguous values.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Fanatics (Jacksonville, FL) in Sep 2022
Interview
Interview process is divided into four categories:
- Technical
- Customer obsession
- Win as a team
- Perfectionism vs pragmatism
Each category has a defined set of questions and they can be found easily on Google based on the category.
Each category is handled by a different interviewer. Usually preferred 1-1 interviews so as not to make the candidate overwhelmed.
Interviewers are required to provide feedback at the interview on the HR/Hiring system. Post all four rounds of interview all interviewers meet with Recruiting HR and along with the Hiring Manager to come to a conclusion on the hiring.
