Fanatics System Engineer, Enterprise interview questions

Absolutely appalling experience. I was reached out to by a recruiter who had me input time on their Calendly for an initial phone screen. They proceeded to completely ghost the interview. I emailed twenty minutes into it asking if everything was okay, if they needed to reschedule etc. No response. I used the initial link to schedule another interview later in the week. You bet. Ghosted again. This kind of behavior captures perfectly the wanton disrespect job-seekers are treated with in this day and age. We're disposable cattle to these employers.
