Farm Credit Mid-America interview questions

20 minute phone interview, followed by an in-person interview with a Regional Vice President and Associate Vice President, followed by an in-person interview with Associate Vice President and office team, followed by an in-person interview with recruiter and Senior Vice President.

Possibly the quickest and easiest interview process I've gone through. I applied online and received a request to complete a survey within 24 hours. After that, I received an email from HR requesting a phone interview. That took place about three days later. The phone interview was about 30 minutes and covered my general background, why I was interested in the role, and went over the company, job role, and general questions. I was referred on to a F2F interview, which took place one week later at their corporate office in Louisville. I was interviewed by a panel of five people. It was a friendly and stress-free atmosphere. Definitely a behavioral interview. They want to know you are qualified yes, but more importantly, I think they want to know how you interact with others and how you will fit in at the agency. Overall I found the process to be possibly my best interview experience ever. It never felt rushed, everyone was professional, welcoming, and, prepared.
