After submitting my resume, I was called in for an interview. The interview was very basic, and I was asked about previous jobs and how I had delt with stressful situations in the past. I was called back within a week and offered the job.

Interview
Quick, easy interview questions. HR manager (not branch manager) did the entire interview. They also included the "lead teller" to help make the best "fit" for the branch. Branch manager did not ask any questions during my interview. Asked a series of questions about my experence in banking, and what I would do to benefit the company. Require a background and credit check before job offer.
