Met them at a career fair on campus, got scheduled an interview on campus for the day after the fair. Took an IQ-type test (also had 2 pseudo-code problems on the back) alone, then met with the recruiters afterwards. We discussed my solutions to the coding problems and then talked about my resume and some behavioral questions. Eventually got an email requesting a final onsite interview in Denver. Onsite interview was pretty pleasant. Another behavioral interview by an HR rep and after that, a technical interview with a more senior Implementation Consultant. They were whiteboard problems of both brain teasers and pseudo-code problems. Afterwards, they invited me and another interviewee out to lunch with some other Implementation Consultant and was just pretty casual talk and to ask him any other questions we might've had. Received an offer via email a couple weeks after that.
