I applied online. I interviewed at Fast Enterprises (Manhattan, KS) in Jan 2021
Interview
Started by applying online through, I believe glassdoor or a similar website. Got an email asking for references, transcript, and resume. Once I sent those, I got another email shortly later asking for times I was available for an initial interview. This interview consisted of basic behavioral questions: How did you handle X? What would you do if X happened? and others like tell me about yourself and what you like to do. After that interview I got an email saying I was selected to move to the next step in interview process. The second interview was about 3-3.5 hours long. Started with basic questions about me then a mensa style logic test (google a free version of this test and its great practice). After the logic test I was then introduced to a current project manager, past implementation consultant, that tested me on a couple simple coding questions like others on here talk about. Making an appt app that doesnt allow overlaps. Then logic questions. Mine were the three boxes mislabled and you figure them out, and 8 boxes 6 in the middle (2x3) and the last two on the left and right in the middle. had to put 1-8 in the boxes without any number touching the number next to it, so 3 cannot touch 4 or 2.
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
3 mislabeled boxes with red, blue, and mixed marbles. had to determine which box was which and what the minimum number of marbles drawn would be.
It was a very quick process. I recieved a reply back within first two days of applying and scheduled a phone screening within a week from the email. Recuriter asked pretty average questions.
