Interview
Had a ~30 min phone interview with an HR rep. She was nice and asked almost all technical questions, but gave me time to think and emphasized that it wasn't a big deal if I didn't know the answers. Fortunately, I did my research on Glassdoor and knew the answers to all the questions.
I'm saying I had a negative experience because everywhere I could find, FAST advertised this position as being entry level. However, on the phone the HR rep said that you have to interview for and be an Implementation Consultant for 2-3 years, and afterwards you have the opportunity to go into the Data Warehousing and Analytics position. For the Implementation Consultant role you need a strong OOP background, which I don't have, but I have a lot of experience in analytics and warehousing which didn't matter to them.

Interview
The interviewer called me about 5 minutes later than time we decided. One behavioral question and no tech question. It may have some trouble for people who did a lot of code questions preparations, but good for people with strong communication skills.
