Very straightforward and timely interview process. My timeline was as follows:
Initial Application: Applie Early March
Initial HR Screen (Got notified jmmediately after application): Scheduled and passed two days later. Very basic introductory call, typical screener to access your willingness to relocate. STAR method is key here for every step of the interview.
Behavioral Interview (Was notified within a day of passing initial HR Screen): Scheduled and passed about ~3 days later. Mostly consisted of typical HR and behavioral questions. Minor CS knowledge required here, as they can ask some questions like "how would you explain OOP to someone non-technical". Relatively straight forward, heavy emphasis on relocation and vibes. STAR method like your life depends on it.
Final Round (Was notified within a day of passing Behavioral): Scheduled and passed about 2 weeks after behavioral. Consisted of a short initial chat, followed by a wonderlic-ish IQ test, followed by a techical/behavioral round mix, concluding with final questions. Decently long (about 2-3 hours), but it is studyable based on previous glassdoor questions.
Offer (Received 3 days after final interview): Typical offer process. Do note, it is likely not negotiable (they are on fixed pay scale looks like), and you have around 2 weeks to accept or reject.
Overall a very timely and good interview experience. Do note, I had a spectacularly fast response time, but I wouldn't overthink if you have a slower response time. FAST doesn't ghost, and it was very pleasant.
