Interview
No true interview, just a simple orientation and then a shadowing session. The orientation was short, but full of good information. The "ride along" was two hours long, and the person you shadow gives you their information and they are able to be a mentor if needed.

No questions were asked. When shadowing, you are able to ask your mentor/trainer plenty of questions. (have to fill up the rest of this space with characters!)
