Favor interview questions

Had a great conversation with a requiter about an open marketing position at the Favor headquarters. My background feel right in line with the job requirements and responsibilities. She scheduled an interview with one of the co-founders. I could tell he had not reviewed my resume and he was unable to answer my questions on the current state/process of their marketing process... I was relieved when I was passed over for the position (for someone with less experience).
