I applied through the FedEx website and within four hours I recieved a phone call from a recruiter who wanted to schedule a phone interview with me. During the phone interview she asked me about my previous and current work experiences and then asked me a few behavioral events questions, most were about my organizational skills. I recieved another phone call about 5 minutes after my phone interview and they told me they would like me to do an in person interview the following week. There was one interviewer in the room with me and another on the phone, they both asked me questions back and forth. I was asked about my previous work history, what did you like/did not like at the previous jobs. After I answered the 5 behavioral events questions they gave me a run down on the position, what time my shift would be, the daily responsibilities of the job, the training process. They asked if I had any questions and I did so we went over those. They told me it would take about another two weeks before I hear anything from them. After the interview they asked if I could stay for an extra 20 minutes and sit down with a current employee and listen in on a few phone calls to get a feel of what I would be doing on the job. I thought that was really cool! Everyone was super nice and the building is gorgeous inside. About 5 days after my interview I got an offer letter sent to my email, I accepted the job offer and then the next day I was sent an email to fill out my background check information and schedule a drug screening.
