I was a part of an aquired startup so the process was pretty easy and straight forward. I had an interview with upper level manager and HR. Basic soft skills questions
Short call with the recruiter and then multiple rounds where you discuss your skills/experiences and are asked questions related to the position as well as technical questions on subjects/technologies that are listed in the job description.
