I applied through other source. I interviewed at FedEx (Troutdale, OR) in Mar 2016
Interview
Very brief, misleading, was told great career advancement possibilities, but talked only briefly about PT hours, that they could be 1-4 hours per shift, didn't mention that you could drive out to Troutdale Fed Ex Ground and 10-15" be told" you can go now" because their$ numbers were down, the " deck clean", that they don't pay a minimum of one hour and that the female new hires go home first!
Mostly based off work history. They seem felon friendly. I do not have a criminal history. Personality test not difficult. They responded within 4 weeks. Haven't been there physically or meant face to face.
Super easy process—mostly online application with basic questions about availability, ability to lift 50-70 lbs, and fast-paced work. No tough interview; quick hire after background check. Positive and straightforward. Definitely worth it.
