I applied online. I interviewed at FedEx (Richfield, OH) in Mar 2017
Interview
WARNING: I applied to the ad ON THE ACTUAL FEDEX WEBSITE/ CAREERS. I was misinformed. This job is only part-time with only guaranteed "2" hour shifts. Shifts are 5-7pm or 3am-5am. Again, I was misinformed about the job. The job links I reviewed on Glassdoor, etc. stated the job started out at 12.00. THIS IS INCORRECT/ UNLESS THE RICHFIELD, OH office is under paying people for the job. I was only offered 10.25 per hour for 2 hours. Why would anyone go in and work a shift of 3am-5am for 10.25 "with the possibility" of more hours, but no guarantee? Target pays their cashiers 10.00 per hour and Amazon pays 12.25 per hour with less physical work. For the same exact job you can work at Amazon's warehouse in Dayton and Columbus, OH for 14.25 per hour. I was provided with these official offers two weeks ago. I turned the positions down, because I can't relocate so quickly. I am writing this review because I want people to know up front the truth. This is all. The representative was professional, but before you waste your gas and time you should be informed better to make a wiser career choice.
There was not an interview process for this job. I completed the application and waited about two or three days before I was given a conditional offer that expired in 72 hours.
Easy, wasnt much of a process to be honest they pretty much hire anyone. You have to pass the drug test. I went in and sat in an office and the lady went over the job description and then you do a drug test in a medical office up the street.
