Super easy, i wouldn't even call it an interview. Applied, 5 days later got a call to come in for interview. Interview lasted no more than 5 minutes. Basically asked 3 yes or no questions. Only question you had to go in depth about was "How you handle conflicts with co workers". Asked me to pick a shift and asked if i had any other questions. Said once background clears they will call me.
Mostly based off work history. They seem felon friendly. I do not have a criminal history. Personality test not difficult. They responded within 4 weeks. Haven't been there physically or meant face to face.
Super easy process—mostly online application with basic questions about availability, ability to lift 50-70 lbs, and fast-paced work. No tough interview; quick hire after background check. Positive and straightforward. Definitely worth it.
