I applied online. I interviewed at FedEx (Bloomington, CA)
Interview
5-10 minute interview, mainly asked about job. What days/shifts can you work. Explaining hours you'd be working, days, a typical work day. Only asked 1 real interview question. Many people were dressed casual, which I personally did not do myself.

Question 1
How would you handle a conflict between two co-workers/if the incident involved you
Mostly based off work history. They seem felon friendly. I do not have a criminal history. Personality test not difficult. They responded within 4 weeks. Haven't been there physically or meant face to face.
Super easy process—mostly online application with basic questions about availability, ability to lift 50-70 lbs, and fast-paced work. No tough interview; quick hire after background check. Positive and straightforward. Definitely worth it.
