The interview was very laid back, I'm guessing bc of the manager doing the interview. It took a about 20 minutes or so and consisted of 4 questions, only one needed to be answered in the star method

Applied online which was simple and straight forward. Then was notified of a phone interview. Interveiw lasted about 30 min all in the BAR format. got back to me within the week and offered the job

Tell me about a time when you made a mistake and what did you do
They use the "STAR" method of interviewing where you respond to behavioral interview questions. You respond by “showing” the hiring manager how you’d handle a situation using examples with a clear beginning, middle, and end for the scenario you present. The acronym STAR stands for –– situation, task, action, result.

One interview two people about 2/3 hours. I’m not for sure to what else to put because it really was not that hard. They don’t really ask questions about anything that is hard.
