Interview
I applied online and recieved an email the following day with interview time options. The interview was very easy and straight forward. I had to consent to a background check and after it went through I was given an orientation date.

Question 1
I was asked to give an example of when I was put into a bad situation at a former workplace and what I did to diffuse the situation.
Mostly based off work history. They seem felon friendly. I do not have a criminal history. Personality test not difficult. They responded within 4 weeks. Haven't been there physically or meant face to face.
Super easy process—mostly online application with basic questions about availability, ability to lift 50-70 lbs, and fast-paced work. No tough interview; quick hire after background check. Positive and straightforward. Definitely worth it.

No interview or drug test only background. They keep you updated throughout the process. Hr contacted me after two weeks due to weather. She described details about the position as well
