I've got an phone number from a hirering manager of FedEs from the College career center. After sending him my resume I could come for an Asignment. The following steps went quickly and I could start soon to work at FedEx.

Question 1
This is one of the hardest job out there, are you sure you want to stand out there moving around fast with a 110 degrees in the trucks?
There was not an interview process for this job. I completed the application and waited about two or three days before I was given a conditional offer that expired in 72 hours.
Easy, wasnt much of a process to be honest they pretty much hire anyone. You have to pass the drug test. I went in and sat in an office and the lady went over the job description and then you do a drug test in a medical office up the street.

Easy no interview just applied online and got a call moving forward in process. Was allowed to pick my own shift. Three shifts were available for me to choose from
