I applied through other source. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at FedEx
Interview
Initial screen over the phone with a manager from Finance department - standard questions about experience, personality and why I want to work for FedEx. Lasted one hour. Very shortly afterwards, I was contacted by an admin assistant and given two exercises in Excel to test my Excel skills, as well as my analytical and presentation skills. Exercises were very thorough and required some time to complete. Within one week after submission, I was contacted by the admin assistant to schedule a panel interview for three weeks ahead. On the day of the panel interview, I spent 5 hours there. The first two hours were with the panel. They came in with a package of 11 questions - mostly problem solving and critical thinking, some examples of situations. Very rigorous process.
It is now one month, two follow-up emails, and still no feedback from them.

Question 1
Timed for 60 seconds : Why do I want to work for FedEx?
What factors would you consider in an analysis whether to take on a customer or not?
I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at FedEx (Pittsburgh, PA) in Apr 2025
Interview
This was a standard 3-round (all remote) process: 1) HR Screen, 2) HM Interview, 3) Director conversation followed by Team Panel. Rounds 1 and 2 were as expected for a process-focused organization with typical clinical questions and solid poker faces. Some questions were awkwardly worded, but the interviewers were open and honest about that and were flexible with rewording if you asked.
The final round was casual and interpersonal, gauging cultural and team fit. Everyone was highly professional and I genuinely enjoyed talking to them.
And they stuck to their timeline almost perfectly. After Round 2, I was told it'd take two weeks before hearing back, and I got the phone call inviting me to the final round 13 days later. I was then given the offer three business days after that. All-in-all a clean, professional, and decently engaging process; one of the best ones I've experienced these last five months.
