Interview
Applied through a "job fair" on my campus, was called for an over the phone interview within a week. Called again a short time after for an in person interview, then was called 2 weeks after initial application to start.

Mostly based off work history. They seem felon friendly. I do not have a criminal history. Personality test not difficult. They responded within 4 weeks. Haven't been there physically or meant face to face.
Super easy process—mostly online application with basic questions about availability, ability to lift 50-70 lbs, and fast-paced work. No tough interview; quick hire after background check. Positive and straightforward. Definitely worth it.
