Technical interview with detailed case based questions. But then when it came to organization, the interviewer reviled how rigid and structured it is where positions and levels are determined by age and experience years.

Specific demand for examples in my previous work that matched exactly to what they need.
Very smoothly and not that hard. You have to prepare how to use the EXCEL to build a model. I didn't use the SQL and Python in this interview. Also, behavior questions.
Written test and panel interview. Written test had three sections and covered the usage on Excel pivot table, SQL and Excel VBA. After written test, there will be around 30-minute panel interview.
