So simple, asked could I lift some boxes and that was it! Then she asked if I am comfortable with a background check. The interview only lasted about 5 minutes and I was working within the next week.

Are you able to lift, push, carry, pull packages weighing various amounts?
Mostly based off work history. They seem felon friendly. I do not have a criminal history. Personality test not difficult. They responded within 4 weeks. Haven't been there physically or meant face to face.
