I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at FedEx
Interview
First, I needed to apply on the internal career site. Then there was a 40 - 45 minute face to face interview with the sort mgr and another senior mgr. They made a decision in short order. I received an offer for the position within 3 or 4 days. I then started the new position 10 days later with a substantial pay increase from what I was currently receiving as a regular part time package handler.
