Interview was completed over the phone only. I was an internal candidate who had already worked with the hiring manager in other capacities. Time for interview process seems to vary at FedEx depending on how soon the position needs to be filled, how well the applicants fit the position, and number of applicants / amount of time it takes to complete the interviews.
