I applied through college or university. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at FedEx (Washington, DC) in May 2014
Interview
I was asked about previous experince in customer service and office environment. They also checked my phone/switchboard skills, language fluency Two days later they called me and offered the internship with a week of paid training. Overall it was good experience, I learned about customer service, switchboard and phone service
The process was standard. It was a behavioral interview. They were late to the meeting, but once we got started everything was fine. Be sure to use the STAR method when answering questions.

Question 1
What is the biggest challenge you have faced in a team environment?
quick phone call where an interviewer called and started with basic questions. His phone kept cutting out which was a bit annoying and it cut into the interview time. He asked how close I was to the office location and if I would have transportation there
I had a virtual screening, and then a second round interview. All over within 2-3 weeks. It wasn't difficult and questions are standard. Be sure to use STAR method in your responses.
